1. Introduction
The Long Weekend Travel Journal (hereafter called, “TLW Travel Journal”) is a book that features over 20 destinations from all around the world. It contains curated information, information and imagery with the aim of providing a more holistic perspective of various places, cultures and peoples. TLW Travel Journal is a product of Meraki Concepts, a company based in Zurich, Switzerland (hereafter called, “Meraki Concepts”)..The TLW Travel Journal may be purchased on various online and offline outlets by natural and artificial persons (hereafter called, “customers”). The prices are to be understood in accordance to the third-party’s representation of the costs (i.e. including VAT, shipping costs, etc.).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All images used in TLW Travel Journal have corresponding licenses, purchased from various sources including stock photos providers and private individuals. These licenses grant TLW Journal the legal right to use the images in the book as well as on the website in accordance to the provider’s terms and conditions. Images that are expressly for editorial use only are credited at the glossary of the book in accordance to the requirements of the image providers.No part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the written consent of the authors.
